Frequently asked questions
Straight answers.
Which license do I need?
Personal is for your own projects with no income. Commercial is for games and products that earn money, including in-game purchases, passes and ads. Both let you edit and adapt the assets. See the licenses page.
What do I get after paying?
A ZIP with the 3D files listed on the product page and a license certificate. It is available in your account right after payment, and you can download it again later.
Which engines and formats work?
Each product page lists its formats (for example GLB, FBX) and the engines it was prepared for. If something is missing for your engine, write to us.
Can I use the assets in Roblox, Unity, Unreal or Godot?
Yes, in your own projects, within your license. The files are not affiliated with any engine vendor.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Not alone, not inside another pack or marketplace listing. Each copy carries a hidden identifier tied to your license.
Do I need an account?
Yes. It keeps your purchases and lets you download again any time.
How long do download links last?
90 days and up to 10 downloads per link. You can get a fresh link from your account while your license is active.
Can I get a refund?
Files are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once delivered, except for a broken or missing file, a package that does not match its description, or a double charge. Write to us within 14 days. See the Sales Terms.
How do you handle payment?
Stripe processes the payment. We never see or keep your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
Do you charge sales tax?
Not at this time. If that changes, taxes will be shown before you pay.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each package is a one-time purchase.
I paid but I see no files.
Wait a minute and refresh your account page. If nothing appears, email us your payment confirmation and we fix it.
Is the Roblox version different?
Some of our work is also sold on Roblox at lower prices, under Roblox's own terms. This site sells the files for use outside Roblox's store, under the licenses described here.
